MORE THAN YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT JACK THROUGH THE YEARS
Jack Pyle's empathy and personal insights gave him the maturity and credibility to be hired and trusted as head of supervisory training at a General Motors plant right out of college.
He shifted to managing public relations programs soon after and capped a 28-year career with inclusion in
Who's Who in Public Relations. He also was elected to the College of Fellows of the Public Relations Society of America in 1995 for his "unusual and exceptional contributions to the field of public relations."
As a speech writer for CEOs and senior executives at Dow Chemical, Shell Oil Company and the Michigan Department of Transportation, Jack learned the importance of leadership at a personal level. Known as an innovator and problem-solver, he often was chosen to mastermind new projects, handle crises and respond to emergencies. He also edited several corporate newsletters and magazines.
Through his first-hand lifetime experience, Jack discovered the best way to achieve the results organizations want - by using two-way communication and relationship building. Today, Jack is pioneering communication techniques that build trust through personal leadership. He has trained thousands of professionals in many fields to project their leadership potential and communicate more effectively face-to-face.
As a business and personal coach he helps people improve their personal and professional lives one step at a time. In coaching others Jack continues to discover the amazing power of this technique to help people to define and live their dreams. Through his own coaches Jack began to transform his life and walk a spiritual pathway of service to others. "It's an incredible and fulfilling journey," he says.
Jack is in his 37th year of an incredible partnership with his wife Connie. Their two grown children are happily working at what they love to do. They have very interesting lives, in Jack's opinion.
Jack's mission for organizations is to build trust by improving face-to-face communication.
His coaching mission is to help leaders and other successful people create more fulfilling lives.
