TRAINING: EXECUTIVE and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Design your own executive retreat

A typical Executive Development Retreat
(it's really an Executive "Advance")

Friday afternoon (three hours):
Training: People Wise

Learning about people's basic behavioral styles helps leaders and members of a team communicate and work together better. Using a behavioral profiling system, individuals learn to understand themselves and others, recognizing that differences between people need not cause conflict or misunderstandings. This program helps people learn how to adapt their communication to fit the styles of others, which improves individual and group results.

  • (A 20-30 page computer report of individual behavioral styles is prepared in advance for each person)

Friday evening:
Discussion and goal setting

Saturday morning
Speaking as a Leader
One of the most important skills is being able to communicate ideas face-to-face. Learn to control the important "other half" of face-to-face communication-body language.

  • Video-taped exercises and analysis

Saturday afternoon
Listening for Results (2 hours)
Listening is very important if you want to get results when working with other people. Discover the art and skill of not only hearing, but understanding the feelings of others and the content of their messages. Find out how the magic of feedback works wonders in relationships.

Where do we want to go from here?
